Diversion is to be made from Egbert Spring at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 4, T31N, R29E, MDM, or at a point from which the NE corner of Section 2, T31N, R29E, MDM, bears N 89 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 13,271.0 feet (approx. 33 miles E of Gerlach, NV).
